Region: Vinho Verde.
Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the viticultural ecosystem by fostering biodiversity and environmental sustainability, are harvested by hand in the 40+ year old vines in Quinta de Soalheiro, the First Vines. Currently we are also part of the lot a selection of Alvarinho grapes planted in Pé-franco.
Fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume fermented in used oak casks), with fine lees remaining until bottled.
Citrus yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming increasingly persistent. The taste is full bodied, fresh and with great taste complexity.
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, fish dishes or poultry meat dishes.
