Region: Vinho Verde.
In a patient and wise way, this wine undergoes skin maceration with the start of contact with the films before pressing. The fermentation continues in stainless steel and a part in wood. After fermentation, a stage of constant batonage is followed to promote good contact with the fine lees, until it reaches the moment of bottling.
Complexity marked with notes of fruits and flowers (lily, Jasmine) wrapped in soft wood (toasted and cinnamon). Palate very balanced and fresh by the full-bodied and mineral structure that it possesses. Persistence with enhancement of the fruits, flowers and spices that feel in the aroma.
