Wine produced from non-irrigated grapes from the Douro Superior and with organic production. The winemaker Rui Roboredo Madeira vinified whole bunches without destemming and with as little intervention as possible but always protecting the wine. Subsequently, he did an internship in stainless steel, on lees, for 3 months.
