Biondi-Santi Brunello di Montalcino is the first Brunello in history and for 150 years it has embodied the vision that inspired Clemente Santi in the creation of his first expression in the 19th century. Today, as then, it is a distinguished wine, with a complex and refined personality.
Careful attention to detail and excellent oenology and viticulture accompany Biondi Santi Brunello, which is produced with hand-selected grapes from the estate’s vineyards. In the cellar, it is fermented in cement vats using indigenous yeasts and aged in large Slavic oak barrels, as tradition dictates.
