16 months aging in 400L French oak barrels.
Yellow color with golden tints .
In the nose it is of great aromatic complexity that suggests dried fruits and notes of honey.
Complex mouth, with a lot of mouth volume and a lot of freshness
Perfect with white meat, seasoned fish, cod and seafood.
