Passionate about his country, a great wine connoisseur and subtle épicurien, he decided to invest in Portugal at a time when the national economy needs external support.
This sparkling wine is born in a climate of Atlantic influence, protected by the mountains of Caramulo and Buçaco. Vineyards planted on gentle hills, with clay-limestone soils. Having aged 5 years before degorgement, it can be kept in the cellar for another 10 to 15 years.
