Golden hue with bright touches.
Thin, vibrant bubbles. The classic bouquet reveals the complexity conferred by the aging of the wine on its lees. Autolysis aromas and smoked notes mix with marine and vegetable notes. Straw drying in the sun, vague notes of resin and the freshness of the salty sea breeze give way to white truffle and caramel.
In the mouth it is rich, smooth and slightly sweet. The complexity in the mouth combines umami flavors, iodine notes, sweetness, vegetable touches and cedar wood aromas. The rich, creamy and juicy texture extends into an energetic, fresh and salty finish. A balancing act expertly executed by a master!
