Discover La Volée Baga Rosé, a sparkling wine that is born in clay-limestone vineyards in the municipality of Cantanhede. Vineyards over 40 years old, mostly cultivated in typical Bairrada lands, enjoying excellent sun exposure. The rich soils, compact clay in harmony with limestone, bring the essence of this region.
The wine is vinified with great care in stainless steel vats, to preserve the purity of the Baga Rosé. After the winter cold, the sparkling wine rests in an underground cellar, sur lies, for 12 months after the completion of the second fermentation, giving this sparkling wine the structure that a great wine deserves. Only 5750 bottles were produced, making it a rare and special gem.
