Alameda de Santar Parcelas white 2021

Located at an altitude of over 400 meters, benefiting from cool nights during the grapes' maturation phase, the vineyard in the alameda is found on granite-based soils and arranged in several gentle hills facing north and west. The main varieties planted here are Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro, Encruzado, uva-cão and arinto, as well as a plot of 1 hectare of old vines with several mixed varieties. As a curiosity, there is still half a hectare of pinot noir, which gives rise to an elegant rosé wine.
With enology by Anselmo Mendes, in this Alameda de Santar Parcelas, after 4 months in vat on the fine lees, with light batonnage, the wine is bottled and subjected to a new stage of at least 3 months in bottle until it reaches the market.

- Notas de Prova: The color is citrine yellow, very bright. It has an intense and precise nose, reminiscent of orchard blossom, light notes of pollination and orange citrus. Evolves in the mouth towards green fruit, such as apple, but in the end lemon citrus fruits predomi
