The São João Cellars were founded in 1920 by the brothers José, Manuel and Albano Costa and is still today a family business, the oldest still operating in the municipality of Anadia.
A classic white wine, uncomplicated and with an excellent price-quality ratio. Great with fish, seafood, lean meats and Asian food and for which we suggest serving between 9-11ºC.
The winemaker António Carvalheira makes the vinification in stainless steel vats and after the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months.
