Romaneira is one of the largest Quintas in the region, with a total of 412 hectares and more than 3 kilometers of riverfront on the Douro River. The vineyards were planted in terraces on the steep slopes of the property: with many valleys and headlands, Romaneira contains various microclimates and several slopes facing south, southeast and southwest. The resulting diversity means that Romaneira's “Single Quinta” wines are produced from grapes from a complex mixture of places, which is one of the keys to the quality and character of Romaneira's wines. All wines are made exclusively with Quinta grapes, a distinctive feature of Romaneira wines.

100% of this wine is fermented in French oak barrels (60% new) followed by 4 months of aging with batonnage. A wine with the enology of António Agrellos.
