Ribeiro Santo Bastarto red wine is a true oenological work of art, revealing all the splendor of an early maturing variety with little color. Produced under the care of the young winemaker Bernardo Santos, this wine stands out for its delicacy, fruity aromas and unparalleled elegance.
Ribeiro Santo Bastarto Red 2020 is the result of a careful winemaking process. Half of the grapes are vinified with stalks, while the other half is destemmed. Extreme care is taken here to extract the maximum expression from the fruit. Then, the wine ages for 10 months in used French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place, enriching it with complexity and subtle notes of wood. It is important to highlight that this is an unfiltered wine, which means that it can develop a natural deposit over time, a sign of its authenticity and artisanal care.
