Alentejo
In 1988, an American-Danish couple set out on a sailboat to find a place to raise a family and plant a vineyard.
This is the star of the house, produced only in limited quantities and in exceptional years. The wine was aged for 14 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels, during which time there was a combination of the characteristics of the varieties and the components of the oak.
