Torre's vineyard is located in Covas do Douro and was planted in 1950. With a huge diversity of grape varieties, stony and very sloping soil, with exposure to the North and at 400 m altitude.
They searched for a long time for this vineyard, an old vineyard but with a good concept, vines in excellent conditions and characteristics of altitude and sun exposure that fit perfectly in the Poeira philosophy.
A vineyard where they find all the concentration and complexity of the Douro, but without excess, all elegance and balance.
They believe that from this vineyard they produced a wine that is the best that the Douro can offer.
