The origin of the grapes in ‘field blend’ made it possible to combine the great aromatic complexity of the Vinhas Velhas with the great concentration of the Douro Superior. Notes of very ripe fruit, rockrose and spices, balanced with the freshness of Touriga Nacional. The long aging in the barrel added elegance and structure to the ensemble. Great aging potential.
