Voyeur is a wine fermented and macerated in clay pots of 1000 liters for several months. In each carving an old vine from a different location in the Douro ferments and macerates. Here, grape varieties are a secondary factor, giving importance to the complexity of their mixture, including white grape varieties. Vineyards between 40 and 50 years of age, from high areas, with a fresher profile so that they can macerate for months without losing their character.
Voyeur 2019 is an open ruby colored wine, very bright and with some orange / brick nuances. On the nose it is floral and exuberant, with notes of red fruit, currant and raspberry, combined with an earthy profile, characteristic of fermentation and aging in clay. In the mouth it is elegant, with a fine and vibrant tannin, very present in the middle of the mouth, making the fresh fruit persist for a long time until a sweet and light finish, characteristic of a wine with little alcohol.
